SellerFlowLive is an app that helps live sellers turn comments into orders. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Data from Facebook is the list of Pages you manage and the comments on your Page's live video, including each commenter's public name, profile ID and profile picture. It is used only to show those comments in your dashboard and create orders. If you send a Messenger receipt, your Page sends that commenter one message with the receipt picture. If you turn on sold-out replies, your Page sends a buyer one Messenger message when what they asked for is sold out. If you turn on automatic receipts, your Page sends each buyer their receipt picture in Messenger after the live, without a tap. It is never sold or used for advertising. We follow the Meta Platform Terms. You can remove our access in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the app (hosting, storage, analytics, reading the parcel slips you photograph, connecting to your live, 7-ELEVEN shipping) and with the platform you connect, or when required by law.
Live comments: kept for 10 days, or your last 7 sessions if longer (up to 40 days). Order history: 3 months. Messenger receipt pictures: 24 hours. Receipt records: 3 months. Parcel status: 7 days after pickup, 365 days after return. Your account, customer list and settings: until you delete your account, which you can do anytime in the app. The buyer's Messenger contact: 90 days. Waiting list: 10 days.
